This site is run by Shalhevet Mehatevet (שלהבת מחטבת). Here it is in plain words: what reaches me when you get in touch, what I do with it, and what I don't.
What the contact form collects
When you send the contact form, I receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The program you're interested in
- A note, if you choose to add one
- The language of the page and the time you sent the form
Please don't include sensitive medical details in the note.
What your details are used for
Only to get back to you about your inquiry. Your details are not sold, not shared for advertising, and not added to a mailing list.
How your inquiry is handled
Your inquiry is delivered to me by email. A backup copy is kept with the site's hosting provider, Cloudflare, for up to 90 days and is then deleted automatically.
Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse of the form. It is not saved with your inquiry.
WhatsApp and Instagram
If you contact me through WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms' own policies apply.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Matomo, an open-source analytics tool hosted by the site's developer, Gotham Site Studio. It shows, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, the site you came from, your approximate region, and which buttons are used (for example, a tap on the WhatsApp button or sending the form).
Matomo sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. There are no advertising cookies and no social-media tracking cookies on this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details at any time. Just contact me in any of the ways listed below.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
